I led a multifunctional team to develop a weighted calculation system based upon OPA and EEF data points to uncover likely areas of risk. This weighted system would include all risk identifiers, that would be documented during a formal receipt of contracts, and assigned a weighted factor, using advanced SQL techniques. The overall outcome of the project would be to minimize the time focused on low risk contractors and only engaged on required high risk contractors that had a major impact on high level metrics.
